About Us
We're an official member chapter of the American Sewing Guild, serving sewing enthusiasts across Alaska.
Alaska Sewlutions includes two neighborhood groups and monthly programs in Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley. Membership is open to all, and our members' interests run the gamut of sewing, from professional garment construction and alteration to machine and hand quilting, embroidery, heirloom sewing, fiber and wearable art, and much more. Our chapter also organizes the Sewing Department at the Alaska State Fair every year, has two annual retreats in winter and spring for members only, and gives back to our community through annual sewing projects.

Members and guests meet monthly in neighborhood groups and annually as a chapter for community service sewing.
Annual Sewing Retreats
Get away from it all at one of our twice-yearly sewing retreats in Wasilla, Alaska. Join for one day or several and get to know your fellow members.
Alaska State Fair Sewing
Join us in August as a volunteer, judge, or exhibitor: submit your sewing to the Alaska State Fair competition. All ages & skill levels can compete.
